The
activities of the project
1) Free legal assistance to victims and
potential victims of trafficking:
a) Free legal counseling on telephone and
in the offices, in Chisinau and in regions;
b) Transmitting intelligence to law
enforcement bodies from the country and from abroad in order to identify cases
of trafficking and to repatriate the victims;
c) Managing searching files based on data
provided by intelligence and repatriating the found victims;
d) Granting assistance to victims during
the documentation process in obtaining identification and civil status proving
documents;
e) Representing victims within criminal
cases, civil lawsuits and administrative cases.
2) Social assistance
a) Evaluating the needs of victims and
registering files for every particular case
b) Evaluating the capacity of victims to
participate within the legal court process;
c) Assistance to victims during the
process of repatriation;
d) Special interventions to facilitate the
access of victims to rehabilitation services (social, medical, temporary
sheltering, humanitarian aid);
e) Specific counseling (including: help in
reintegration process, by avoiding re-victimization, referral of cases for
vocational training to the Labour Force Agencies, granting monthly stipends to
persons that receive vocational training offered by the LFA);

for students provided by the CPTW volunteering network at national level,
covering the big majority of education institutions, especially in the rural
area.
